Outing 2012

MDI’s outing gradually becomes a point of characterized traditional culture that can’t be missed. It is a opportunity for the MDI families from North to South gather togheter, have a rest and fun as well as exchanges to enhance solidarity and consolidate the employee’s belief for the MDI’s development. This is a wish of Mr. Tran Binh An, President and Board of MDI Directors. The 2012 is a fluctuant and difficult year to MDI company. However, the value of our company’s ethical principles is still kept intact by our great leaders. This year’s holiday was held in a period from 6th July to 9th July on the beautiful beach in Quy Nhon city. Inspire of the long distance, all of the MDI staffs and thier families from North to South mustered at this place with full of zeal and enthusiasm.

Different from previous years, the friendly exchanges among North and South focused in 2 games which is the highest team-mate: Water polo and Team-building. The excitement and enthusiasm of everyone created a interesting & comfortable holiday.

In the first day, the exciting Water Polo games between 4 teams of the 2 areas were graced with MDI’s attendance: 

In the end, it was the awards for the teams were called The whales of MDI

Nervertheless, Quy Nhon is a native place of the Imperior Quang Trung - Nguyen Hue who lead Tay Son Army to defeat 29 thousands invaded Quing. That victory was constructed from the art of using soldiers speedily, unexpectedly, and having a through grasp of time. The organizer reconstitute a magnanimous atmosphere of the ancient match through Team building game on 8th July.

The game ended in the thrill to be breathless because the game result still was a secret which will be declared by the organizers at The Gala Dinner in that evening.

The Gala Dinner started by the sincere speech of Mr. Tran Binh An and Cham dance performence which was very exciting and impressive.

Finally, Mr Tran Binh An announced the Teambuilding game’s result, ending all the eagerness, the expectations of 4 teams. It was became a surprised pleasure of the winers. 

The party was more exciting when there were awards for excellent pupils - the staff’s children - in the year 2012 as well as the Lucky Drawing game for all the children there. Although the gifts were small, but they expressed the interest and encouragement of MDI board to the staffs and their families.  

The party become more exciting and funny with a Rap performence of our Suppliers from Columbia, CNC, Ipel...

After the holiday, all the staff will come back to work with a fresh mental and mood. We visited to the Quang Trung – Nguyen Hue King’s hometown and participated in Team-building game to learn about speedy and unbelievable operation. That is extremely important lesson about human’s skill and spirit which MDI board want to send to all staffs in the next 6 month, reach the end of the year: “Speedy, unbelieveable and successful”.
