16th ANNIVERSARY OF MDI ESTABLISHMENT

Merged into spring season with a little bit of cold and drizzling rain, members of MDI Ha Noi got into magnificent nature and exciting team building activities in Flamingo Dai Lai Resort.

Through games, all the members had a great chance to enjoy and get connected with each other, took the challenges and achieved success. It was an interesting coincidence that all the games seemed to reflect the stages that MDI has passed.

The “flash footstep” game reminded us the first few steps MDI took when we started up. Firstly, all the team was quite discouraged, sometimes stumbled but when we discovered the rules that all members have to take steps at the same time and to focus on the target, we quickly overcame difficulties, speeded up and reached the goal.

 “Slow bike racing” is the experience when the growth level is too hot, we had to calm down, slowly but surely for the stable development.

Relay kayaking is to show the meaning of solidarity and mutual support in order to sail our MDI ship to the ocean

And only with the consensus, sharing and hand in hand with all the members, the name of MDI was written on the domestic and global business maps successfully. 

All the board of director and staffs of MDI were touched to see the symbol of MDI drawn again in consensus and sharing. Together, they expressed their thoughts, dreams and hopes through their MDI posters.

The warm celebration is followed by a “gala lunch” at Charm Palace restaurant on a romantic hill side.
